First of all, tell me, how is your business doing now? Where did you put the value? In your company or on yourself?
It is much harder to recruit people in your business when you put more value on it and not on yourself. You don’t need to put much value on Network marketing because it is already great! They have great compassion plans, cool car bonuses and many more. Now tell me, what is the difference between your presentation and the presentation of another? What is going to attract the prospects?
The answer is simple, it’s YOU. If you show value to your prospects; they will see you as a leader and this is where you get the idea of ‘’People buy YOU’’. I will put up into 6 important steps that you should consider in front of your prospects to be successful!
- Being likable, because, when you are likable, peoples will be friendlier with you. Don’t forget that Network Marketing is a business of relationship. To be more likable you have to be nice, smiling, optimistic, confident and more important authentic.
- Being connected, by being connected they will start to like you more. Then eventually trust you on anything! To be connected with them, you have to ask them questions and the most important part, you have to listen to every word they have to share with you. If they sense that you are listening to them, they will be connected, if not well forget it.
- Solving their problems, that is the reason why listening to the prospects is really important. You can solve their deeper problems. You can solve it by offering your system or affiliate program. If you can’t solve the problem then it lowers, by a lot, your chances in recruiting them.
- Being trustworthy, if the prospect doesn’t trust you; He simply won’t join your opportunity. As I said before, it is a business of relationship; if he doesn’t trust you then it will destroy your chances in recruiting him. For that, you can help him trust you by respecting your word, and by doing things as promised. Like for example, if you told him that you will call him at 5pm; then call him at 5pm. Simple no?
- Positive emotional experiences, this is really a simple task, but a lot people on network marketing don’t use it. When people feel happy when you call them this can create a loyal relationship. Don’t forget in Network Marketing the best way to be on top is by keeping contact with your reps. If they are loyal, they will stay with you forever! Creating a positive emotional experience is simple. When you are asking them questions, you can add up ‘’do you have a wife?’’ Then if he says yes, you can ask them about their wedding date. Then take the address and send them a post card, for example.
If you want to be the must successful recruiter then let people buy you not your business.
If you apply this it’s going to change dramatically your sponsoring rate. No joke. People are really buying you. You should brand yourself and show your value to them. The most important thing is that you have to listen to them and not pretend to do it.
