Have you ever been in a position to fire your boss?

I am sure that almost all of you who are reading this never had the chance to do that. Suppose you made 1000$ in network marketing within 3 days and you are now confident enough to commit to this industry full time. Now imagine waking up in the morning knowing that this is the last day at your job. You take a shower, eat and brush your teeth. You sit in your car, turn on the key and start driving to your boring job. Getting there you find a few coworkers waiting to get in. Barely saying hi, they start telling you how boring this day is going to be. One of them tells you that his daughter has to travel for her studies and how he felt bad that he couldn’t drive her to the airport because of this damn job. You casually tell them that it is your last day at work and you are going to fire your boss now. Then their curiosity rises to the highest level. They will probably tell you: Man, what are you going to do now??? You invite them to your place after the shift. They’re probably wondering what on earth are you going to show them later.

Easy huh? Now you go inside and get started, generating income to the company. Or so should you be doing. Instead, you walk up to your boss’ office and open the door. You tell him to hang up the phone because you have some important news to announce him. He does as you said, wondering if there’s an emergency and because you are his favorite worker. He asks you: what’s wrong? You simply say: I fire you boss! His face expression is now a big question mark. BAM! You tell him that you’re leaving. At this point, do not forget that you have become and entrepreneur. Don’t let anything fool you: is anything he offers you worth your freedom and independence? He might even ask you what are going to do. Invite him to the evening meeting, and tell him he won’t regret he came.

Now, you have work to do! Your objective being complete, you leave the place. You start making your personal PowerPoint for the people who are coming in. Finally done after about 20 minutes, which is just enough time to squeeze in some creativity. Now it’s the time for all your job friends and boss to show up. Most of them show up except for your boss.  You then introduce them to your new business and then get 3 or 4 of them to sign up. Two weeks later, your “boss” calls you, and he is frustrated. He asks you what the hell have you done and tells you four of his employees are leaving him.  Smiling ( he can’t see it), you tell him that you wanted to show him something revolutionary but he didn’t show up and offer him another presentation that same day. Later that day, he pays you a visit, mad but wondering what happened. After the presentation, you find him joining your business.

I know this story isn’t going to be the same to everyone. But I know that everyone can fire their boss. It’s a simple idea but it isn’t farfetched.  All it requires is for you to take action my friend. The sooner you start planning, the sooner you will fire your boss, and I will show yo ou the best way to do it.

Is easy to be your own boss, but you have to commit to yourself that you are going to make it happen. The benifit of it, tha you are having the freedom. Let take the example of the guy who had work and couldn’t take her dautgher in the airport. If he worked for himself the situation would change. He would have been in the airport saying bye to her.
